New News -- Fall 1994


The RHPS Audience Participation Album and Shock Treatment have finally
been released on CD.... Tim Curry was nominated for an Emmy for his guest
spot on Tales from the Crypt (he lost)... Tim Curry's next movie will be
Lover's Knot... Barry Bostwick is recording a t.v. special with Carol
Burnett for the fall... Barry Bostwick has recorded the audio-novel of
Robin Cook's Fatal Cure and Robert Ferrigno's Cherry Moon...  Sal Piro is
planning a sequel to his out of print book Creatures of the Night (a
history of RHPS cult) for the 20th Anniversary.  This book will cover
everything from the 15th Anniversary (October 1990) until the present.  We
are looking for all new cast and individual photos (color and B+W) to use
in the book.  We are also looking for unique artwork.  The deadline is
January 31, 1995.  Please get busy and don't be left out!  There will be
no guarantee of inclusion or return of photos and art.  (So don't send
originals or copies only if you want it back)... Meatloaf will be the
voice of the Hunchback in Disney's next animated feature The Hunchback of
Notre Dame.... Tim Curry has recorded stories on Stephen King's
Nightmare's and Dreamscapes, Vol 1 & 2... Anybody with America On-Line,

Richard O'Brien is working on a screenplay for a new musical film called
Saturday Night Dead.... We are hoping to hear more soon from Richard
O'Brien's new character Mephistopheles Smith.... Susan Sarandon will be
appearing in two new films: A Country of Mothers and Safe Passage.... No
plans have been made for the 20th Anniversary (London is a distinct
possibility) -- These plans won't be formed until 1995.... THE REVENGE OF
THE OLD QUEEN, the planned sequel to Rocky Horror has been put on hold. 
There are no plans to film it in the near future.... For your information,

Richard O'Brien 3/25, Ti Curry 4/19, Peter Hinwood 5/17, Nell 5/24, Pat

fan mail for the Rocky Horror stars is forwarded by the Fan Club -- but we
can not guarantee an answer... Attention FAN CLUB MEMBERS: New News will
come out every three months (April, July, October and January.) To receive
it, send S.A.S.E at appropriate time and mark "New News" on the envelope.
